If ive been pregnant before would my fallopian tubes be blocked?

Hello lovely ladies! So me and DH have bee ttc for 2 1/2 years. Last october i found out i was pregnant but sadly mc at 5 1/2 weeks. Ive been told to go for a HSG to see if my fallopian tubes are blocked. I have now googles way too much and am terrified if they are! But my question is would i of been able to get pregnant if they were both blocked?

I know you can get pregnant with one being blocked but wondered if you could with both?

Your tubes may have become blocked since or could be partially blocked making it difficult but not impossible to get pregnant. Or your pregnancy could have been ectopic in a blocked tube. My advise would be to take every test they offer you. Knowing what the situation is will rule in or rule out treatment options. Tests for blocked tubes was uncomfortable but ok. @thelonggrass thanks for replying! Im just so scared that they are blocked, i know ivf is an option but i would love to fall oregnant naturally again. Fingers crossed they arent! Thankyou =)

As @thelonggrass mentioned they can become blocked over the years from different things. Not only that but a lipidiol flush during the HSG has been shown to improve fertility for the following 6 months for unexplained fertility couples. Some speculation about antiinflammatory blah blah...

@indub thanks for responding! Ooh i hadn't read about the boost is fertility! I think im just getting overwhelmed with it all tbh. I really just wished i could fall pregnant naturally =(
