EWCM with menopur?

Hello all! I have recently started my second cycle we are on short protocol rather than long like last time. Within 3 days of taking menopur I've noticed large amounts of EWCM I usually get around ovulation. I'm only CD 8 so it's way too early for me but paranoid the menopur is going to make me ovulate early before I start the fyremadel! I am going to check an ovulation test later today just to put my mind at rest but wondered if anyone else noticed these changes? I had menopur last time and don't remember this happening but I did have downregulation before and during xx

I had a short protocol round with menopur and noticed masses of EWCM throughout. I think it's just your body reacting because it's producing more oestrogen more quickly than normal due to more follicles than normal developing. I asked the clinic about it ad they said nothing at all to worry about it's normal. Good luck!

Meant to add that my second cycle was a mixture of menopur and bemfola because I stimulated too quickly on just menopur (also short protocol). I didn't have as much EWCM but still quite a lot and I got one extra day out of stimming - went from 8 days to 9 days.

Thanks @Roo45 - as it happens that change of drugs and extra day of simulation (together with the addition of testosterone gel and acupuncture). made a big difference to my egg quality and that second cycle was successful as resulted in my 21 month old twins. I'm now 20 weeks pregnant again with a frozen embryo from that same cycle 😊
