IVF OR IUI

I'm 38, after trying to conceive for a year we got all our tests done and it turns out I have an AMH of 12, which the doctor said was low so he recommended we take treatment, either IUI or IVF.
I have researched both treatments and I would def prefer IUI as is less invasive, cheaper and more natural, however I worry I would be unsuccesful and then go for IVF.
Any suggestions? Also any recommendation on clinics in London?

You apparently need to factor in at least 10 rounds of IUI to have the same success rate as 1 round of IVF? Are you paying privately? If so go straight to IVF? At age 38 you don't really want to be prolonging the process by doing multiple rounds of IUI before embarking on IVF as the success rates really do start to fall after age 36+

I'm going privately as we couldn't wait for the nhs as they keep cancelling our appointments.
I will think of IVF then, didn't think IUI would take that long to be successful.

IUI is less invasive, cheaper and more natural than IVF. But natural hasn't worked for us... I couldn't justify the expense of moving the sperm slightly closer to target for that cost when IVF increased success rate was overall better value for money.

I agree with @ivfbeenbusy but obviously some women prefer the IUI option.

I have one more query, not sure if either of you have heard of create clinic or concept clinic as I'm debating between these 2
if you have any feedback please let me know thanks!

I did 5 rounds of IVF with Create and gave birth to twins last month thanks to them with 2 more top quality embryos frozen.

My experience with them was extremely positive
