Gonal-F and Cetrorelix timings

Hi. I've tried phoning my clinic to ask but they closed at 1. I've been taking Gonal-F since Thursday and need to add in Cetrorelix tonight. The nurse didn't really say much about timings, just take them at night and stick to the same time. I work nightshifts and I'm working tonight. I'm fine taking the Gonal-F at work but stressing about having to make up the Cetrorelix for the first time in a toilet at work. I'm torn between taking the Cetrorelix at 6:30pm before work and the Gonal-F at the usual 8:30pm, or just doing them both at work. Any advice/experiences would be great.

If it is the same as Cetrotide, you might be able to mix it in advance and inject at your usual time. Oddly I had 2 varieties of it, one said it needed to be used within half an hour once mixed and the other had to be used within I think 7 days.
I did find it more of a faff, I used to do it first then the easy peasy Gonal F was my reward!!

Thanks @LongerthanMrTicklesarms I can't see anything on the leaflet about making it up in advance. I think I'm just going to have to take it to work and get on with it.

Well try to make sure you have a clean place to do it, have everything ready and take your time and if by chance the clinic gets back to you tomorrow it might be useful for future night shifts.
I had to inject in some very poky toilets whilst travelling including on flights. I'm sure you will be fine once you get tonight's one done - will send good vibes from 8:25 onwards!

Thanks for the good vibes. Got flustered, ruined one dose but luckily took two. Then jabbed my finger trying to tidy it all away 🤦 But it's done. Tomorrow should be better and then I'm off work for a while.

Well done on having the foresight to bring two doses. You got it done which is the main thing!
I had a few injection related injuries, managed to really stab my finger once, I'm sure my neighbours wondered what all the commotion was!

At least I know myself well enough to have brought two 🤣 Thanks for the support 😊 The things we have to do.
