Any guidance on diazepam

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if diazepam is safe before embryo transfer ?
Reason I ask is because I've been prescribed it for something unrelated but not sure if it's safe to take at the moment, I'm currently doing a medicated FET and due a transfer around next week hopefully. I do plan to ask the clinic tomorrow morning aswell but just wanted to know if I did need it that it's okay to do so

I was prescribed diazepam for my embryo transfer as my consultant felt even under sedation I had some vaginismus, an experienced consultant so I would assume it's ok? But yes do double check xx

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did think that sometimes it's used as a one off for procedures but not over a few days. I've contacted the clinic but haven't heard anything back yet, hopefully will before the end of the day
