First time trying soy isoflavones after 2 years of ttc! 😩

Hi there.
I've read a few posts on different ttc forums about the pros and cons of soy isoflavones. After an agonizing 2 years of ttcing with no success, not even a cp.... I've decided to go ahead with my last option before seeing a fertility specialist. Soy isoflavones.

Not going to go into much details, but the brand I got is GNC soy concentrate. It was the only one readily available in my country and local stores.

PS. I've tried agnus castus for months. Had me ovulating first two months then nothing. My last cycle on it was wackkkk! Gave up on it. I've been temping on and off while not driving myself crazy. Took a break 3 months ago and I'm back. Hoping I'll be part of the 70 odd percent of women that got pregnant on first cycle of SI.

Just posting for any buddies that are trying it out as well? And for anyone stalking these forums to see how it goes here in 2021!

I've been doing OK, thanks for asking. I'm really happy with my ovulation day this month (15 I think) but am now deep in the 2ww crazies.

To be honest I think we have next to no chance anyway as I was so shocked that I ovulated at the actual 'standard' time in my cycle that I'm not sure we got to business quite soon enough. Plus my fiancé has poor morphology, so we are probably heading to ICSI in reality. But it doesn't stop me obsessing that it could happen. Damn hope.

I feel for you so much though - uncertainty is indeed super draining. I hope you're able to do something nice for yourself to take your mind off it all a bit! And great news about booking an appointment with your GP. Where are you based, if you don't mind me asking?

Hey ladies, just checking in to see how you both got on? I'm debating trying soy this month, AF arrived yesterday so need to start them today or tomorrow but I'm scared lol 😂

I conceived my third using soya iso :)

I'm half way through my tww but felt good so far. Pretty clear signs of ov but my opk didn't actually switch from flashing smiley to static so I'm not 1000% sure although I know it's pretty easy to miss the surge with the fr ones. Just trying not to over think every twinge and possible symptom!

Feeling slightly hopeful this month 🙈 I'm on cycle #8 and used OPK's every month since starting ttc and I've never had a peak except for this month, I've got my peak Tuesdays and dtd 5 out of the 7 previous days and on ovulation day🤞🏼 this is the month even though I said I didn't want a winter baby 🙈

That looks super positive fingers crossed for you. My cycle ended in a chemical but I'm sticking with the soy as they really seemed to help with getting even that far. Keep us posted with your progress, I'm cd3 for this new cycle so just starting over now.
