We're about to go for our third cycle, using frozen sperm that OH banked after MFI treatment. Whilst it's likely that the issue is my age (41) - I am also concerned about his sperm quality.
I'm going to ask the clinic if we can test for DNA fragmentation on the frozen sample. I also read that IMSI might help pick out better sperm.
This is likely to be our last fresh round, so I want to make sure we do all we can - does anyone have any experience with IMSI to share?!
