Hi.
Can anybody help. I had a fresh day 3 transfer yesterday 18/01/21. And today i have cramps and a tiny tiny bit of spotting is this bad? Im so scared this is my first IVF cycle. Thank you

It's neither good or bad. Spotting is common post transfer for many. Try to relax and keep yourself occupied until OTD, and don't worry about 'symptoms' coming and going. They could all mean something or nothing and you won't know until you have a definite test result on OTD. I was certain my period was arriving and was stunned by a positive test on OTD. Equally some people have no symptoms and have a positive result. It's such a difficult time, especially at the moment with so little else going on. Best of luck for your test day x

Hi OP, spotting after a transfer is completely normal - the procedure can damage and irritate the very delicate cells of the cervix abs lots of ladies spot for a day or two afterwards. Good luck!

when is OTD ?

Hi thank you for the info everyone. Iv had no more spotting but period like pains like I'm going to start my period. My OTD is 29th of Jan. I was tempted to do it slightly earlier but I have read there's a high chance of a false positive as the trigger injection will still be in my system which I had on the 13th of jan. thanks you. X
