Hi there,
I am starting ICSI in March, got my head around it all and all ready to go. Started re tracking periods again and usually I am between day 24-28, I am now day 31 and still no period .... got slightly excited thinking could be pregnant but test is negative, keep having period cramps but nothing happens .. so basically thinking i haven’t ovulated this month (which is a worry) or small chance I am pregnant - which is totally unlikely it’s just me being hopeful. Starting to worry tho what this will mean for starting IVF as it started not ovulating going to reduce chances further .. my AMH in December was 2 so chances are very slim x

Hi.
My cycle is usually regular 28/30 days but the last two of last year were 32 and 35 days. I was worried too cause we start treatment this month. This month I was back to 28 days. I don't know why I had those longer cycles, but it's come right this month. Hopefully that a bit reassuring.
Totally understand getting excited and still being hopeful under it actually starts, despite negative tests.
Hope you're out of limbo soon.

Thank you .... it’s strange isn’t it ... probably the anxiety of starting the regime ... hope all goes well with your treatment x

So strange. Like you say, probably just the body reacting to stress, just so inconvenient, and ironically causes more stress.
Thank you, good luck with your treatment too.

It arrived, 32 day cycle which is most unusual after my 21 day one the previous month .. can’t wait to get starred on the ivf now as feel must be early menspause starting with my low AMH levels
