Hcg trigger shot

Hi ladies

Happy Monday . I was wondering if anyone has any advice about the hcg trigger shot. Due to take it this cycle . Currently also taking 5mg of lethrozole. Does anyone know when the best time to bd is . Should you go from the day you trigger ?? Also do opk's still work with it ??

The general time line is ovulation "should" happen within 36 hours of the trigger - so if you took it in the morning id BD that evening

If you took it in the evening then I'd do that evening wks also the following one

Thanks for getting back. Would you bd that eve say and keep bd for 3 days ? I'm worried id miss it. Would that cover it. And would I be wasting my time doing ovulation sticks.
