Is anyone at St Barts fertility clinic? what has your experience been?

My partner and I were referred by our GP back in Nov. 19 Had our initial consultation in May, on the phone. Tests in July and results were given in October on another phone consultation. We were recommended ICSI due to very low everything in seamen analysis. We still haven't got our got a date for 1st nurse appointment, I'm finding the waiting really difficult! And feel we've got very little information.
Is anyone else experiencing long waits at Barts or had experience of the clinic there? or is this normal due to covid?..

Hi, I’ve just had a cycle at Barts and am waiting for my post cycle consultant appointment. It was very difficult to get through to them: no responses to my numerous emails and the direct line always disconnected. Best way to get through to them: is to keep calling until you get a line and wait in the queuing system: one of the receptionists will eventually answer. The only reason they provided for the delay in communication was the delay with Royal Mail in posting our letters to us. Good luck with it all: I did the find the clinic to be quite friendly and helpful: the only issue I had was the admin delay.

hi @Iwishiwastrinity thank you. That's good to know. I always feel like they will be good once we eventually get through the system. It's good to know you can eventually get there. Its seems to be a bit easier to get through on the phones now, so fingers crossed things will start to move soon. Good luck to you too.
