Extreme abdominal pain after FET

I’m experiencing extreme abdominal pain after my FET and was wondering if anyone else experienced this...

This is my second embryo transfer and during both my 2ww, I experienced some pretty intense abdominal pain. A stabbing feeling.

In my first transfer, the nurse thought it might be gas from the prometrium I was taking, and my doctor thought it could potentially be fluids leaking from my ovaries.

The pain was way worse this second FET that I ended up in the ER. Which leads me to my second question. Has anyone ever gotten a negative hcg serum test result at day 5 after transferring a 5 day blastocyst embryo?

Oops I meant to ask..Has anyone ever gotten a negative hcg serum test result at day 5 after transferring a 5 day blastocyst embryo THAT RESULTED IN A SUCCESSFUL PREGNANCY?

@ttcivfhope this sounds like very bad abdominal pain, FET is a minor procedure so I’d imagine it’s unusual to get such severe symptoms, have you told your clinic, if not you need to contact them!

@Gardenlady543 I have been in close communication with my clinic the whole time. The pain subsided, but they will be reviewing all my lab reports to see if they can identify the cause.

Now, it’s odd because as the pain subsided, I started to see spotting. Bright pink spotting as if my period is about to come.
