Multiple failures

Please help.
I have a DC conceived via ICSI.
We have Male factor but not severe - have been to Johnathon Ramsey. DNA fragmentation isn't an issue. Low morphology and a slightly low motility but count is normal.
Been TTC #2 for 4 years. Have had 4 failed cycles. 6 transfers. MC in 2018.

Switched to donor eggs as I got older and older although AMH was 10 when tested earlier this year. first DE transfer failed. Have had every test under the sun. Why isn't it working?

Can anyone help?

The cycle that worked for me was after I had a d&c to remove a cyst. I have wondered if this helped implantation. Also had DH on clomid and anastrozole to improve sperm which trebled count and improved motility. I have read one woman say she only ever got pregnant after a d&c and that was naturally. It is worth looking into especially as DE embryo didn’t implant. Hope you get there soon

Thanks.

DH has been on Clomid before.

I've had my womb cleared out and had implantation cuts a couple of years ago. That cycle ended in MC.

If they knew why Ivf failed or why it worked they would be very rich

Took 5 cycles and 7 embroyos to get me one abs only bfp

After 4th failure I was advised to have an era

Which showed I needed extra time. Fet is usually 19/20 in cycle

5th worked. Not sure if era or luck that finally stuck

Worth having an era

greendress789 · 11/12/2020 23:21

How much is an ERA?

www.igenomix.com/genetic-solutions/

Google says via Manchester £1200

greendress789 · 11/12/2020 23:52

Yes but way cheaper then a failed cycle

I know you said you had womb cleared out before but it sounds like that was the only time cycle worked. You did get pregnant but unfortunately ended in MC. If it was me, I would have a d&c and have a double transfer.

greendress789 · 12/12/2020 12:31

Thanks. Only have one frozen so can't do a double transfer but will look into d and c.
