London IVF Clinics - Would love to hear your experience

Hi Everyone

I am in my early 40s and just had my 2nd IVF cycle which was not successful as my transfer did not take - we found out yesterday so quite bruised at the moment :( My 1st IVF cycle ended in a miscarriage. I am currently at Lister but thinking of changing clinics for our next cycle as I have not been too happy with my experience. Finding information and especially patients' reviews of London IVF clinics is so difficult! I would love to know more about your experience with London IVF clinics in terms of both clinical result and compassionate patient care: which ones are absolute horrors? And which ones are good eggs? I have read great things about Evewell but it is a new clinic so no data from the regulator: any Evewell patients on here? If so, are you happy with them?

@tammy129 Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about your failed cycle. It's a hard journey and sometimes a change of clinic does help. I did a cycle with a clinic (I won't say the name but I'll PM you). I only ever got phone calls when it was time to pay, massively inexperienced nurses and literally one size fits all. I've switched to The Evewell. Absolutely fantastic so far. I'm due to start a super ovulation IUI cycle next week. Doctor picked up things no one else had that could be affecting my chances of success.

If the IUI fails we will give IUI another shot and then move to IVF with The Evewell. They have been superb. Attention to detail is second to none. Create also do natural modified which had been very successful for post 35 ladies.

I also did an initial consultation with Lister. Wasn't particularly impressed.

@user1475505106 it is really great to hear about your experience with Evewell and they sound amazing!! I am really glad that they are picking up on things which other clinics have not - it's amazing i am finding in this journey how sometimes some clinics actually do the minimum if that... Things like my P level were not even checked for my first cycle before transfer and this led to a miscarriage: hubby and I still completely heartbroken about this. I will check my DM: new to the forum so still learning my way around!! I am sending you all my best wishes for the upcoming ovulation IUI cycle x
