Working during 2 week wait & COVID

I had my embryo transfer on Saturday.

Lockdown is ending in my area on Wednesday so I am expected to go back to work 2 days a week in an office and travelling in by tube.

It just dawned on me that perhaps I shouldn't be doing this! Should I tell work I'm PUPO?

What would you do?

I'm in the TWW and work in the NHS - I've worked throughout our cycle. You should have had some sort of risk assessment done anyway and it might be worth being extra careful, particularly on public transport. I think pregnancy only becomes a risk factor if you're a high risk pregnancy (multiples, underlying health conditions) or you're more than 28 weeks. I'm finding work a very helpful distraction!

Thanks @MGee123, I'lll go back to work and be careful on the tube! I really dont want to have to tell them.

It's tricky isn't it. I have told my line manager and spoke with Occ Health - they were happy for me to continue working. I can understand anxiety around it, but I think I personally would have gone mad being at home! Fingers crossed for you 🤞
