Hi

After researching what bits to try after a few years of TTC and starting ivf in the new year I've researched coenzyme 10
I've started 200mg and plan to up it as the dosage should be higher for TCC but wanted to do it gradually

Anyone using this and what dosage do you take?

I'm 38 yrs and already take the usual vits
Folic acid, multi vit and omega 3

It's better absorbed in the form of ubiquinol. I took 200mg ubiquinol but think you'd need a higher dose if you are taking in CoQ10 form

You don’t need to gradually introduce it as it’s a natural supplement. You need to go to 600 co enzyme q10 or ubiquinol 200 which is better absorbed so I would recommend that. Make sure you’re getting a full dose of vitamin d too
