Mild IVF with leading clinics? (lister / CRGH / ARGC)

Hi all
I've decided I am definitely not on for long protocol IVF (AMH of 1.1 and have son already so don't want to put us all through it for little chance of significant gain).

Not sure if that means going for short protocol or mild IVF but I'm trying to establish what the difference in my treatment might look like if I were to do mild IVF with say CRGH or Lister? With Create, mild IVF looks incredibly light touch - if you do mild IVF at one of these other leading clinics are there more scans or tests upfront??

Thanks

Hi Ellsie,

I've got simliar AMH of 1.8 pmol although i got that to incraese with the use of DHEA.

Ive got experience of CRGH and Evewell where im currently at. CRGH i was put on long protocol and responded with 2 eggs both fertilised and grew to day 3 and were frozen so I have no idea what quality they are. The evewell again same protocol (bit annoyed about that!) and they will wait to see if they grow to day 5 or not. After that I think im going to go to the lister clinic as im not sure evewell is the right place for my low chances. How are you getting along? We have a 3 year old and been trying to create a sibling for over a year now, at this rate im goingto be 40/41 when im pregnant again if it even happens. :(
