IVF - lots of eggs = poor quality?

I had an egg collection today, and presumably because I have polycystic ovaries, they collected 31 eggs. I know a lot of them will be immature so won't develop. Last time they collected 11 eggs and we got three blastocysts (all bfn). I made the mistake of googling egg numbers today and research shows 15 in the optimal number and over 20 the quality declines and birth rates are lower from those embryos.

I also have fluid in my uterine lining so my fresh transfer (if we do get any embryos that make it) for next week now won't be happening so we'll have to wait until January and I am impatient!

Can anyone cheer me up (I know I should be happy!) with stories of births when they've collected more than 20 eggs?
