I have PCOS. I have periods 2-3 times a year. Is there anything I can do or take to become more regular?

You should speak with your GP. They may give you a treatment such as metformin. It helps increase regularity in some people.

Having a healthy bmi helps some sufferers have more regular cycles (but not all).

Try myo inositol powder. There's a group on Facebook called PCOS Tribe UK and in the announcements section there is some very useful information about how to take it.
