Wondered of anyone out there has been or is in a similar situation?
DH has low levels of calcium PLCzeta in sperm, which has been the reason for our 5 year infertility journey and zero fertilisation from our first round of IVF. For subsequent fertility treatment cycles we used an artificial activation protein using ICSI, viable embryos produced, non have taken so far.
September this year, we found out I had conceived naturally by some miracle but I am currently going through a missed miscarriage...but we obviously don't know why.
Has anyone been in a similar situation who can offer any helpful information or advice?
