Had one done yesterday- my insides are on fire today (guessing from the letrozole/ovidrel). Desperately uncomfortable, feel like my ovaries are huge, cramping, and back pain. Is this normal? I have a condition (unicorn uterus) so it may be something to do with that... but I don't think so. Not sure whether to call the doc
