ABC Manchester. Saturdays?

Hi all! Just had confirmed today that I’ll be having my FET next Wednesday. This is my 2nd FET and also had one fresh transfer.

I worked out that my blood test date falls on a Saturday. Has anyone ever had a blood test on a Saturday before? I wasn’t sure if they were open to do them? Thanks in advance x

Hey @Dot457, I would say so yes, I was there today for EC & heard them talking about how many ET they had booked in for Saturday so I would assume they would be doing bloods too. Good luck with your FET :)

Hello! Aww I hope your collection went ok! Keeping everything crossed for you! Is this your first time? I wonder if we crossed paths haha! Oh that’s good to know, I know their phones lines are open but only until dinner time so wasn’t sure if they would be like full service.

It did thank you, I only had 3 follicles & they managed to get eggs from all of them. I can't wait for tomorrow to hear how they're getting on

I wonder if they would bring you in a day earlier if not? It'd be torture to make you wait an extra 2 days wouldn't it!

They're bringing me in on Wednesday 11th which I didn't expect at all tbh, going to come around so quickly.

I have 2 fertilised 😁 I'm having 1 transferred tomorrow & the other frozen on Monday all being well.

I was gobsmacked when all 3 follicles had eggs & 2 had fertilised, this time last week I was convinced it was all going horribly wrong. X

@Cocomelt - sorry for the late reply, I don’t have transfer until Wednesday haha!

Oh wow I didn’t even know that was a thing to have two transferred at different times, very interesting!
