Was anyone able to conceive with Clomid after 4+ years of infertility?

I’m looking for some success stories with clomid, I’m now ttc for 5 years and I’m wondering if there is any point in taking it

@tina992 unfortunately I did not conceive with clomid even tho I ovulated on it however I have heard success stories as it is meant to help if you don’t have a male factor I recently went thru ovarian drilling hoping to conceive have you been diagnosed with pcos? Or endometriosis? Xx

Didn’t work for me. I tried it for a month but I found the side effects unbearable, turned me into a raving lunatic! I have friends who were fine with it. Having since done IVF, I would say unless time/age is a pressing issue, give Clomid a go for a few months, then IUIs. IVF can be a long drawn out process, not to mention very expensive. Pack of Clomid - free from your GP. IVF? Cost me £30k to eventually have a baby.
