Period arriving at 4 DP 5 DT

Hello all

Period arrived yesterday, which was 4 days past my 5 day transfer. This seems very early to me. Just wondering if it's a common thing.

I will obviously ask my clinic about it when I contact them with the results of my test on OTD (which is Saturday!!!) but I've not been massively impressed with the level of advice they offer so I'm not sure I'll get much out of them. So where else to turn but Mumsnet Grin

My LP is 12 days usually, not that that means anything given that I'm not in a natural cycle, but...AF arriving 9 days after EC?? Come ooooon, that's not giving anything a chance! I highly doubt that it's implantation bleeding as it is heavy and clotty.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience...

@Frogspawn20 I'm sorry to hear this. What progesterone have they given you? Just pessaries?

Frogspawn20 · 02/11/2020 16:49

The dreaded Crinone twice a day

@Frogspawn20

The dreaded Crinone twice a day
It's funny that it's universally hated. I hate it too!
Frogspawn20 · 02/11/2020 18:09

@ivftake1 It has no redeeming features! Last time I had cyclogest (bum bullets!) which while not exactly pleasant were so much more efficient and way less gungey!

Someone surely will come up with a more dignified way of administering progesterone one day!

@Frogspawn20 ask to have your progesterone levels tested - I've never had crinone but pessaries don't work for me and I have to have injections (lubion or prontogest)

@TTCIVF - that's good advice - problem is we just can't afford to have another go. We're going to try naturally for another 6 months or so and then put TTC in the been-there-done-that drawer for good.
