Advice/experience of IVF at Simply Fertility, Bourn Hall (Cambridge) or Cambridge IVF?

Hello, I'm trying to decide which of these clinics to go for IVF at. Is anyone going through IVF at these clinics or has done in the last couple years or so? Would you mind sharing your experiences (good or bad) and whether you would recommend them? Thanks so much!

We successfully conceived our son through Bourn Colchester in 2017 (2nd attempt). We’re just about to start treatment again with Bourn Wickford (Colchester branch is closed due to Covid) and I have to say I wouldn’t recommend them at all. You can only speak to them via email, they’ve made numerous mistakes with my prescriptions (which I wouldn’t have noticed had we not been through the process before) and we’ve just received our invoice where they’ve charged us for things we haven’t even had. I can’t comment on Simply Fertility as we’ve not used them but if this cycle is unsuccessful we will certainly be swapping across to them for any future cycles.
