Third early MC - can someone give me hope?

I have one DC (pregnancy without any issues), and since then had 3 early MC. All my MC have been between week 5 and 6. I have a diagnosed clotting disorder and take vit b, a higher dose folic acid, baby aspirin, progesterone. I go to acupuncture once a week.

And still yet again here I am having my third MC in a row. I am heartbroken and devastated. Does anyone have any other advice or positive stories ro share? Me and DH had tons of tests already and everything seems fine.

Can't offer any advice but wanted to let you know you're not alone. Currently having, well about to have, my third miscarriage. Nothing diagnoses yet but was taking progesterone, prednisolone, clexane, aspirin, metformin, high dose folic acid and none of it made any difference.
