New to IVF

Hi all,

I'm totally new to Mumsnet and am just about to embark on the IVF journey. I already have an 11 year old but have blocked tubes so no/little chance of natural conception.
I just got my AMH blood results back (20.2 at 36 years). I believe that's normal.
Anyone got any advice for me, something you wish you'd known, what to look out for or what you'd do differently? I'm blissfully naive in my approach at this point, which I suppose might not be the same worst thing!

Sorry - I probably don't have a huge amount of advice, I have done one fresh cycle and one frozen and still don't feel like I know a huge amount!

I think before I started I presumed that the hardest bit would be the medication in advance of the treatment but what I have found is the wait after the egg collection is really hard - I got an update on day 1, 3 and 5 post collection and found the waiting between very difficult. Maybe gen up on what happens after the egg collection so you know what to expect.
