Help please is this an ectopic pregnancy?

Hi all. I’ve recently had ivf and found out o was pregnant, I was then admitted to hospital with ohss and found out during a routine test I have covid. I was discharged last Monday, after a scan at 4+6 weeks which showed nothing regarding the pregnancy, I have later gone on to have some discomfort when weeing and a pain in my right side, I woke up through the night last night had a wee and after it I was doubled over with sharp cramps and pain which went from me groin down my leg, up to lower belly and around my hip to my right lower back, i took paracetomal and it eased after about 20 mins. I’m so scared it’s an ectopic. Can anyone shed some light please? I’ve rung my clinic who are getting back to me but I don’t think I’ll be seen.

I've had 2 ectopics both ruptured at 6 weeks with heartbeats. The pain started with one sided pain - if you draw a line from your belly button to your hip - that sort of location? Rupturing pain is like nothing you've ever felt - like someone has shoved their hand into your body and is literally trying to rip your tube out? The pain is constant - pain killers don't take the edge off and you can stand or talk?

I'd ask your EPU to scan you? I recall they were checking you daily for hcg levels?

If you were discharged without seeing anything on scan then they should be treating you as a PUL and monitoring your bhcg levels, what have they been? If they are doubling then it won't be an ectopic

Just on the previous post - a lack of Hcg doubling does not mean it's not ectopic. Both my ectopics had doubling or more hcg levels every 2 days. But both my ectopics had heartbeats which in itself is rare for an ectopic
