Antisperm Antibodies

Hi everyone, I'm new to this so hoping for some guidance as can't stand reading google articles. My husband recently went for a sperm test and it said he had a high sperm concentration and mobility, but that he had antisperm antibodies.

The results were that his MAR was igA 38% and igG 62%.

I also have PCOS. So obviously this is really worrying. Has anyone had the same experience with their partners? Is it worth even trying to conceive naturally given the results?

Appreciate any personal experience. Thank you so much

Hi Dansy,

My partner had Antisperm Antibodys at 58% which is classed as significant. We were told that it would be around 1/2% chance of conceiving naturally. His morphology and everything else was perfect so we are able to move forward with ICSI which should be this year sometime hopefully! We are still trying naturally as you just never know if that 2% might happen (although i dont have hope) hope this helps a little! X
