Ivf follicle size

I had my day 10 of stimming today
I have
1 at 18
2 at 17mm
2 at 14
2 at 13
1 at 12
1 at 11
1 at 10

I would have thought that I would trigger tmrw. So biggest 3 were not too big. But I’m to go back on Monday and likely trigger Monday night.
Am worried too ones r going to grow and be over mature :( and I hear the top ones are the best one
He said he wants to get the smaller ones to catch up and be mature

I can’t really do anything tbh! Hate this!

Did anyone’s eggs only grow 1-2mm at end or do they tend to zoom ahead?

Different clinics have a different size at which they'll trigger at? I think also some clinics factor in age too.

The good thing is that all of yours are pretty close in size. I've generally had 1 or 2 that are at least 6mm bigger than the next size and shot ahead. I've triggered when they were 22-24mm before. Growth by the time of trigger tends to be pretty constant. If they were going to zoom ahead they'd probably have done that already

I got a mature egg from anything which was 14mm and bigger on day of trigger so I'd say you have a chance of a good number of eggs there

Thanks ivf. Just thought tmrw was a bit too late. They have been growing 1.5mm a day roughly just hope the top ones don’t zoom off! Did u get mature eggs at 22-24 that fertilised? My previous cycle I had a 24 at trigger and I think it didn’t fertilise

Yes all mature at that size and think they fertilised - we never got told from the clinic which follicles didn't have mature eggs in them

Incase anyone wondering
Had scan today ( 2 days later)
The largest is now 22mm and got 3 at 21 . And got another 7 14mm and above
