late ovulation after peak surge

Has anyone had a peak LH surge on opk's and feel like your body is ovulating days after your peak! im still getting cramps and CM feels like its changing to fertile CM barley! im 3DPO according to opk's and digital test.

It can happen that your body gears up to ovulate with an LH peak but can't manage it for whatever reason so tries again a couple of days later. But that's rare

It's actually pretty normal to have fertile CM post ovulation as estrogen levels increase to thicken the uterus lining to support implantation

Cramps can be from feeling your tubes flexing moving an egg through it if you're particularly in tune with your body

If your menstrual cycle is irregular in nature then I would drop all use of such kits. These are really next to useless in such circumstances and at best these can be confusing.

Have you had blood tests done to date, these would be far more accurate anyway.
