I'm aware I've started/been on lots of threads lately and maybe come across as a bit needy. I was diagnosed with a uterine polyp yesterday (a small one but in an awkward place and probably the cause of our infertility.) I hope it's the cause, because otherwise we would be unexplained.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a polyp removed and how long it takes for the referral to come through. I'd also like to know whether it's safe to keep trying before it comes out or whether I should sort out some contraception until then. It seems a pity to 'waste' that time, but if the polyp can cause early miscarriage, then I'd hate to take that risk.
