Cyst in endometrial lining

After plenty of dead ends on my (very very long) infertility journey, a simple back to basics scan last week appeared to show the above. Waiting for my appointment with gynae is killing me and calls with my doctor aren't getting me anywhere apart from it's unlikely to be anything sinister, neither is it likely to be fibroids, but gynae will talk through my options with me at the appointment. Does anyone have any experience of the above, and can share please? What could this be, it's not normally described as a uterine or endometrial cyst, because only cysts on ovaries are normally described as such (ref: Dr. Google) and essentially what I want to know is, can successful pregnancies still happen with cysts on the endometrium?
