Hi I was on x2 pessaries if progesterone during first ivf (morula transferred) and I got my period around day 10. On my most recent ivf I was swapped to 1 injection and 1 pessary. I had some spotting on day 7 and was worried so rang my clinic and asked if I could take another pessary too so from day 7-12 I took the injection and x2 pessaries. Today is day 12. I had bad cramping on day 11, testing this morning BFN and period has now arrived even with all the progesterone.

Has anyone had similar and manage to fix it? I’m really worried about it as it seems to mean even with a good embryo I don’t stand a chance as I can’t maintain my lining

I'm really sorry to hear about your issues and BFN. I'm dealing with the same problem and I'm afraid I haven't found a solution (yet). I wanted to say that from what I have read, 1 injection with 2 pessaries isn't as high as what some women need. I assume the injection is lubion and not something intramuscular (in which case 1 shot is a lot). The last round I was on 2 lubion shots and I still had early bleeding. Although I'm not sure the problem is just progesterone. This round I'm doing a medicated cycle to keep my oestrogen stable as problems with this also causes early bleeding. My clinic finds it really hard to believe 2 shots of lubion is not enough but this time round I'm really going to push for my levels to be checked on transfer day. I actually found the infertility forum on healthunlocked very helpful when it comes to this issue as it is regularly discussed. Early bleeding is so distressing and I completely share your worry about it going wrong again. I hope your clinic can also help with adjusting your protocol. Take care xxx
