IVF round 2

Hey, hope everyone is good

We are in the process of our 2nd round of IVF. Our 1st we ended up with 5 eggs and 1 poor blastocyst that sadly didn't make it. It was such a shock after the 24 follicles I apparently had

For round 2 they have increased my meds and I had my last scan today before egg collection Monday. There 9 follicles on each ovary, some are really big apparently, just over 20mm. I'm really worried about something going wrong and it all failing again. I know it is out of my hands, but can't help worrying. Anyone in the same position or have any success stories from similar situation?

Thanks @MF1981. We got 9 eggs out yesterday and had a call this morning to say that 3 have fertilised. Really worried about the numbers dropping off by day 5 and we may have nothing. This journey is so hard xx

It is really tough - fingers crossed for you that they make it. I’m starting treatment next month so only at the start of my journey. x
