Infertility after miscarriage

Hi, its been a while since I've posted on here.

I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks on 2nd April. My body has not recovered since then, I ovulated in April immediately after my mc and have not ovualted or had proper periods since (been using the clear blue ovulation trackers and also get a distinctive pain when I ovulate). I was not scanned after my miscarriage due to COVID. I have been referred to gyno but again there are delays in referrals due to COVID so it is looking like I won't be seen until just before or after Christmas.

Has anyone had similar? I am terrified about what could be the matter. I have requested bloods to test my hormones whilst I'm waiting for referral but no results yet. It is nearly 6 months since my mc now.

I feel like no one cares or is worried about my situation so feel like I need to find some answers myself. I am desperate to get pregnant again and I just feel like I am out of luck.

Hi, I've not been where you are, but I can totally empathise with feeling like the healthcare professionals meant to care about us kind of... don't. It's a horrible feeling and makes an awful situation feel even worse. Sending virtual hugs.

Depending on the blood tests needed, your GP might be able to do them if you ask - LH, FSH, etc used to be done in primary care back when I worked there, so it might be worth checking?

I had a miscarriage in January and haven't been able to get pregnant since. I used to have very irregular periods and didn't always ovulate and my doctor recommended I take inositol twice a day (got the Theralogix Ovasitol brand, it's over the counter). I was skeptical but my periods have been a lot more regular and I've been ovulating more so it seems like it's helping. Also I switched away from the Clear Blue OPKs because they weren't always picking up my LH surges. I switched to Pregmate and it was able to detect some of the surges that weren't as strong but still resulted in ovulation (according to my temping). Just tried Clomid for the first time this cycle and didn't ovulate at all though unfortunately :( This whole process is so depressing. The waiting around is the worst part. It seems like all I do is wait and it's so agonizing...wait for test results, wait for appointments, wait for the next cycle. Anyways good luck to you, I hope you find something that works.
