Frustrated

My first post here but just needed somewhere to write my frustration.
Having ivf with pgd. Referral started June 2017, finally had my egg collection April 2019 (fell ill after this due to a cyst).
First egg transfer in Feb 2019, ended in an early miscarriage. Then Covid.
My clinic is Guys in London. Every time I speak to them I’m told I’m on the waiting list, will be contacted in 6weeks. Six weeks is up contacted again and will be contacted in two weeks apparently. I’ve now noticed on the webpage that the lab is shutting down for maintenance and anyone having a medicated FET will have to have it done by the 30th Oct or will have to wait until next year! Working out my dates, they won’t fit this schedule and I’m just so fed up!
Everyone is falling pregnant and have had their babies and I just feel so hopeless!
Should I contact them again or wait the two weeks?

I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through! There's no harm in calling them earlier and specifically mention what you've read on the website? But it may not not mean you get seen quicker.
Is it NHS or private? Do they have someone you can contact if you're not happy with the communication?

@Ivfpgd19 I’d definitely call them before the two weeks is up.
I’m not at Guys but I just had a quick look at the website and it looks like for medicated fet, your period has to have arrived by October 30th in order to start treatment. So you should be ok! Might be worth taking another look at the website as it might put your mind at ease until you can call the clinic on Monday.
