10dpo . Is this implation bleeding ?

I have very sore boobs , with small little bumps that have appeared .. I’m 10dpo. But have started bleeding a little ? My periods not due till next week ?

You can only know if it's implantation bleeding (or not) in retrospect. It's impossible to say as it's happening. Test in a couple days...
