DHEA Question

Hi All,
I went to see a fertility doc after i have been TTC for #2 for 2 years with multiple chemical pregnancies. I am over 40 so time not a friend. He recommended DHEA and said he has seen it do wonders for older mums. I started taking it 3 weeks ago but after reading a bit more about it online, I decided I should check out my DHEA levels (as this was not done by the doc). My DHEA just came back high at 17.9. Has anybody taken DHEA and do you know if numbers should be this high? Also gone back to doc and waiting for a response.

I am not sure about DHEA levels - did you get your testosterone checked? I know it shouldn’t be above 2 or could compromise egg quality.
