Hi!
(Back story before i go to current issue!) I have been trying for our second baby for four and a half years. I was missing periods when i was put on Metformin and conceived on the 5th month. My husband also had a lower sperm result.
Anyway fast forward to now, my girl has just turned 6. I havent seen a positive pregnancy test since. I tried Metformin again, nothing happened. I gave up trying before we got to have scans and more tests.
I was told i didnt ovulate by one blood test but i knew i did at a different time due to always tracking/cm. (then i was told i did year or so later by a different dr) the last few months I didn't track but the cm stopped. I usually have a 32/33 day cycle. Last month was 28.
I am now 8 DAYS LATE. With negative tests. I have never made it this late since those years ago before metformin etc. I had PCOS but no cysts. Anyway i'm just tired and lost. I dunno what this is. I have no signs of coming on other than aches and sore breasts on and off over the last two weeks. I don't know if to ask to be re investigated again or what. Has anyone else had similar? Or have advice? I'm losing my mind a little. I also had a breakdown semi relation to this last nov so its all a bit sensitive. Thanks for reading.

@charlsains that sound really stressful, sorry you're going through all of this. I'm also dealing with secondary infertility and have been diagnosed with PCOS. Did you have a blood test to confirm you hadn't ovulated? I know you said you were tracking your cm but one of the features of PCOS is our bodies trying to ovulate and producing fertile CM but the egg isn't actually released. If that's the case it might be that you're having a longer cycle than normal? If I were you I'd book an appt with your GP, explain it all and hopefully they'll be able to work out what is going on. Good luck x
