Fallopian tube mass/lesion - any advice :(

Hi all

I hope this okay to post here, I've seen people mention blocked tubes before, so I'm guessing this could be related. I've been having ongoing problems since a miscarriage in Feb but an ultrasound a month ago showed a mass in my Fallopian tube. I had an mri and ca125 blood tests (all clear) but the mri showed it was a solid mass / 'lesion'
Does this mean a blocked tube? I have to wait 10 days for my gynaecologist to let me know after my mri report is re reviewed with other consultants. If the mass is solid is it likely that my tube is damaged beyond repair?

Thank you for reading x

I’m so sorry you’re going through this @sarahjsdddd
It must be horrible having to wait for an action plan from your Gynaecologist. I imagine they may plan a laparoscopy to have a proper look, and may even remove the tube and mass to determine what it is. If your other fallopian tube looks ok then your fertility shouldn’t be drastically reduced (I recently lost my left tube due to ectopic so can understand the anxiety around this).
Could you ring the Gynaecology secretary on Monday to let them know you’re feeling anxious, and to ask if they could let you know any sooner than 10 days? Do you have a follow up appointment booked?
I really hope everything works out ok for you xx

Hi, thank you so much for replying :) so sorry to hear about your ectopic :( I hope things go well for you in future! I'm also worried about if it's cancerous, I'm not getting much positivity from google 😥 I can try but I think he only works Thursday to Saturday, I don't think I can hear waiting 10 days!
