BFP at 8dp5dt - does the lightness of the line mean anything?

I caved and tested early and now from reading forums an worried the line is a bit light for 8dp5dt. Should I have expected a darker line (I didnt test previously) or should I be hopeful?

Been ttc for years and so nervous now it may be happening!

@MrsT36 I've definitely had some twinges and the odd sharp pain! Is this your first transfer? It was mine. When do you plan to start testing?!

@MrsT36 spotting is definitely normal I wouldn't worry at all xx

@SteffieIUI This is transfer 4 for me. My first fresh ended in an early miscarriage and the 2 FET have both been BFN.
I did have spotting with my BFP but not until about 8dp5dt. Just praying it’s early implantation!
You can’t help notice every little thing can you?? When do you think you’ll be testing?

I tested again today and I think its looking a bit stronger. I shouldn't test early - dont know why I do it to myself!

I did test at 5dp5dt and get a negative though so do wish I hadn't tested that early. Hopefully you can hold out a bit longer! Xx
