Ivf success rates at 41 ? Asking for a friend

What’s the chances of getting nhs ivf at 41 ? Also what’s the chances of success ?

I don’t think they will pay over 40.

Success rates - less sure. It probably depends on a number of factors, A clinic will be able to provide a decent idea.

Low. Most places have a cut off of 40 and some it's even 36 some don't offer IVF at all now

Success rates once you get to 43 are like 2-3% - not much better than trying naturally

Age cut off depends on your CCG, some (but very few) consider treatment up to age 42. Those that do consider treatment up to this age often have an AMH cut off which excludes a lot of those older women anyway.

Chances of nhs treatment are slim but it depends on your area. Success wise it depends on your Amh, anterial follicle count and so many other issues.
That said I'm 41 and I've just found out my ivf treatment worked first time.
