Do I need to keep eating healthy after egg collection???

Hi all, I can’t find any advice on this online! I’ve been following a very strict diet for the past 3 months - no sugar/carbs/dairy/gluten and high protein and mainly plant based.

I’m dreaming of a nice doughnut after egg collection and a takeaway. Will this impact me for embryo transfer success? I’m worried eating sugar again will inflame my body of something??

I’m only thinking of one day off then back on the diet.

I ate the same strict diet as you did and I also couldn't find much information. I decided to treat myself a little bit but not go mad for a couple of days post collection. I had the same fears around inflammation and I was also worried about my body adjusting to any rapid changes. Good luck with your cycle x

Ladies, can I ask you why no carbs or gluten. Is it supposed to help with egg quality?
