Anyone managed to slightly increase their AMH level

So my BMI (17.7) means I'm just short of my periods stopping. I've been told that if I can get up to around 21/22 I'll stand a greater chance of conceiving a sibling for my toddler. Has anyone had to do this and had success? My AMH has dropped from 8 to 1.1 in 3 years. Thanks

Hi I would also be interested in this question. I have heard that levels can vary month to month...

You can’t - it’s impossible. Increasing your amh would mean increasing the number of eggs you have left- and you can’t do this.

However- that’s not to say that you could do the test several times and get different results from different clinics- I’d suggest the test isn’t that accurate on that basis.

I would work on improving egg quality instead.
