Best ubiquinol supplement?

Hi just looking for some recommendations for CoQ10 ubiquinol supplements please?

@MF1981 I get mine from Natures Best (just google them, they have a website of the same name)

If it's coq10 you are after Holland and Barratt is good

Is it best to have CoQ10 or Ubiquinol?

I take ubiquinol which is the more bio available form of CoQ10 so you need less of it.

@Weswoo thank you! How much do you take? My doctor recommended 200 of coQ10

@MF1981 I take 200mg ubiquinol although thinking of upping to 300 for my next IVF cycle! Internet suggests 600mg CoQ10 or 200mg ubiquinol. I'm not sure it makes a difference to be honest (I got 1 good embryo on my last cycle) but it can't hurt

@Weswoo thank you. We're just starting on our IVF journey - hoping to begin in October. We have male factor so my other half is taking the supplements too but as I'm older (39) I want to do what I can to up my egg quality as well.
