Fragmin/Clexane - when to take it?

Hi I'm about to start my one and only NHS round of IVF, but I've been told to take blood thinners by the hematology department due to a strong family history of clotting disorders (and I'm over 40).

I'm a bit confused as to when to take it, though, and my notes from the clinic don't mention it (I had to tell them I needed it, good old joined up NHS departments, not!).

I know I need to take it every day during stims, and stop 24 hours before egg collection. But what happens then? Do you start taking it after egg collection again, or do you wait until you get a positive pregnancy test (fingers crossed)? My appointments with hematology were all cancelled due to Covid so I can't ask my doctor there. The clinic seem a bit out of the loop so I want an idea of what everyone else has done so I can query it if I think they may have made a mistake.

Once I have a positive pregnancy test I know I need to continue taking it until 6 weeks post birth, but it's just that bit between egg collection and confirmed conception that I'm confused about.

Thanks for the help!
