FET help

Hi everyone

So I'm midway through a FET cycle. I have been taking Progynova 2mg, 3 times a day for 10 days. The doctor looked at my lining and its not ready yet. She upped my dose to 4 times a day and will scan again on Thursday which will be CD13.

Any tips to thicken the lining?

Also, those who've had FET before approx what day of the cycle did you have your transfer?

Thanks

Hi @user1475505106
I was worried about my lining for FET too and tried the usual rubbish - pomegranate juice, beetroot etc. I also took Vit E as suggested in the book ‘It starts with the egg’. I have no idea if these things made a difference, and ultimately my FET was unsuccessful with a lining of 7.3mm (see other thread for more info, although I really have no idea why it failed, probably just bad luck).

The best thing at your stage is probably to eat lots of protein and veg, drink plenty of water, gentle exercise to keep the blood flowing, and trust in the oestrogen to do its job.
My transfer was on CD16, but I think it can be up to a week later than this (or more). Good luck xx

I don't know how much of this is actually useful or not. But I do fertility yoga and the lady swears by "legs up the wall" to help blood flow to the uterus. You lay with you bum touching the skirting board and your legs up the wall for 15 mins a day (currently typing this from this position!). No idea if it works, but I'm responding to my current cycle much better than my last according to my consultant. My lining is 10mm on day 11

Thanks everyone!

I will definitely try legs and bum yoga @Mseddy! I think mine was 5 point something. I expected more at day 10 so at little disheartened :(

@bicyclesandbeyond so sorry to hear your cycle was unsuccessful 😔 hoping for good news for you soon!
