Bleeding after chemical pregnancy - Is it the beginning of new cycle

As the subject says.
beta was 143 on sat 15dpo and then 27 4 days later - so def chemical pregnancy
bleeding started today 22 dpo - is this day 1? or is next cycle your next period?

1st day of bleeding = CD1 regardless of whether that bleed is a normal period or the bleed after a chemical pregnancy. You are likely to ovulate before your next normal period. This cycle could be longer, shorter, or the usual length. I’m so sorry about your pregnancy xx

Thank you. 2nd early miscarriage. First one was 8 weeks and had to have a d&c because I wasn’t bleeding after 2 weeks. So I am grateful that I don’t have to do that this time. Small mercies.
