Can anyone help losing hope with FET

I had my egg collection in February and fresh transfer failed, I was about to start 1st FET when corona arrived, I ended up been lucky and was able to start with my June period, this cycle got cancelled due to thin lining and follicle growth, I was told to start again with my July period on 10mg of progynova instead of the 6mg I was on which I did. But I’ve been for my scan today to be told he hasn’t made any difference. The clinic have taken a blood test today to check my levels and see where we go from there. Has anyone else had this problem. I really thought the extra tablets were going to work, and I don’t know what going to happen next. TIA xx

@Needtotalkivf19 I did - it was resolved by adding evorel skin patches as well as the tablets

@TTC2016 Thankyou for your reply, it great to know someone else has had the same problem and it was resolved. If you don’t mind me asking did the patches get added into your cycle or did you start them on your next cycle?? And do you know the reason you needed the extra, was your body not absorbing it?? It just this was mentioned to me. I hoping I’ll know more later when my bloods are back xx

@Needtotalkivf19 they were added part way through the cycle and it delayed ET by about a week I think. I don't usually have lining problems so they said I just don't absorb the tablets well. I had to put the patches on my thigh and they need to be changed every 2 or 3 days (can't remember exactly). They did irritate my skin a bit but they did the trick! Good luck

That has made me feel much better has they said if levels wasn’t too high we could maybe add patches a see what happen from they. They said that my lining been perfect when they checked before just don’t when on the progynova, was your problem just with the lining or did you have follicles growing aswell??Sorry for all the question I’m just trying to work things out and see if this cycle still has a chance xx

@Needtotalkivf19 yes I did have a follicle ready to ovulate as well so they had to give me the injections (cetrotide) to stop ovulation - if you ovulate it then obviously sets you on a path to your period so they need to stop that happening. How did you get on yesterday?

This is what I’m worried about has my clinic seem to like to use as little medication as possible, don’t have a clue why when I’m paying, they go back to me and sad my levels was still lower so added patches on yesterday and said will make a decision to cancel or not after the scan on Friday. Just keeping everything crossed things are looking better on Friday. Thankyou for reassuring me this cycle can be saved xxx

@Needtotalkivf19 I know what you mean, I'm several rounds in (different clinics!) and feel they all take a one size fits all approach! Good luck with your scan on Friday, hope you are able to transfer on this cycle xx

Things are looking up and if everything’s looking ok when my bloods come back later we are aloud to transfer next week 😊 the patches seem to have worked has my lining has nearly doubled since Tuesday xx
